01 · Facility
Design
Where the rigs are first drawn.
Mechanical and hydraulic design under the same roof as fabrication. Engineers move between CAD stations and the shop floor. FEA validation runs on critical assemblies before a single member is cut, alongside CPO and VSM across the build sequence. Continuous Improvement (CI) - failure modes reported by operators and applications coming off new sites are prototyped at the bench and worked into the next variants.

02 · Facility
Cutting
Plate in, profiled parts out.
Structural plate is profiled on a CNC oxy-fuel gantry, the torch tracking a programmed path straight off the drawing. Mast sections, chassis members, deck plate and round blanks all start here, nested tight to keep offcut waste down. Parts come off the slat table edge-ready and feed into machining and fabrication.

03 · Facility
Machining
Everything leaves in tolerance.
Vertical machining centres take profiled plate off the cutting table and bore and face it to size - link plates, arm plates, housings and flanges. A universal mill and a line of centre lathes handle the turned work: bushes, sleeves, spacers and collars from bar and tube stock. Parts stack at the machine and are drawn down as fabrication and assembly call for them.

04 · Facility
Fabrication
Heavy steel into mast and chassis.
Box-section masts, chassis and deck structures are welded up here - the assemblies that carry load through a rig's working life. A six-axis welding robot runs the long, repeatable fillet welds on box section; manual welders handle fit-up, positional work and the joints the cell can't reach. Critical assemblies are welded to a written procedure, not to preference.

05 · Facility
Assembly
Systems meet on the deck.
Rig packages come together on the carrier - truck chassis or tracked excavator. Hydraulic packs are set down, mast and rotary head coupled, and air and control lines run back to the driller's console. Bearings, seals, hydraulics and chassis parts come off a bin-located store beside the line, so a build is never held waiting on stock. Every rig is tested before paint, many of them in customer colours.

06 · Facility
Skill Development
Trained in-house.
The trades behind every rig are developed here rather than hired in. Welder qualification, machinist and CNC progression, apprentice intake and cross-training across stations all run alongside production. People train on the same machines they will work.
